Founded by Greg Caplan, a second-generation carpenter and long-time climate activist, we have been dedicated to energy efficiency and sustainable building since 1995. We are a small but multi-talented company, offering kitchen & bath remodeling, plumbing & heating, design-build services, energy auditing, and whole-house renovations. We are experts in super-efficient building envelopes and are approved contractors in National Grid's Deep Energy Retrofit pilot program.
