Our ASME code pressure vessel fabrication facility is located in Mesa, AZ has the capabilities to build a wide variety of pressure vessels and assemble complete chemical processing skids and equipment. We have developed welding procedures for exotic alloys such as C-276 Hastalloy, Duplex Stainless Steels, C-22 as well as other grades of stainless materials to speed fabrication. Our service department can provide expertise in the repair,upgrades and maintenance of SO3 flue gas conditioning equipment. We service anhydrous ammonia equipment which includes draining tanks and providing interior inspections of vessels including magnetic photo luminescent particle inspections and ultrasound thickness testing. We can assist with 5 year audits of equipment that falls under OSHA’s classification of equipment that is used to contain “Highly Hazardous Chemicals” as well as assist with Management of Change (MOC) for those sites need to modify current operations or equipment.
