Embly Events is a digital product for events. Mobile is its main channel, nonetheless, it is a comprehensive multiplatform solution. Our mission is to take events to the next level by acting in two main areas: Attendees access and crowd control management; Live audience engagement. What do we mean by attendees access and crowd control management? With our solution, your attendees can arrive at the venue with their e-tickets. Then they can use EmblyApp Access Control, giving them access to the venue and print their badge, if needed. You can also monitor the amount of people present in a room at a given moment. What do we mean by Live audience engagement? Events are traditionally unilateral in terms of communication: the speakers talk to the attendees except for a shy Q&A at the end of a session and the organization tells the participants the details of the event and any last minute changes, and so forth. With our mobile app (for iOS and android), the participants can make direct written questions to the speakers, even when they’re not in a Q&A moment. Participants can take part in real time polls, and see the results of their votes displayed on the sessions’ screen. Also, with our sessions rating system and possibility to display evaluation surveys on the app, attendees have a strong say regarding the event experience. By using beacons you can also have messages being automatically sent to the devices, triggered by proximity, and you can target the audience on a specific place by connecting monitors to our Apple TV solution.
