Our emphasis is on player/coach development through enjoyment, mental, emotional growth, and social atmosphere. While competitiveness is encouraged, it should be remembered that “win at all costs” philosophy is not appropriate. Objective… An effective organizational structure, with clear and direct objectives, to offer a professional world-class service, and develop high performance athletes through a fun, safe and healthy game for ALL. All players are different, and because they are different their physical, social and psychological needs are different.
