Citizens for Animal Protection is an organisation working for the welfare of animals across Maharashtra. It was founded on September 2019. We work towards expanding the circle of compassion towards animals. We believe everyone has a right to live in harmony, peace, and to be treated with compassion. We are trying to change the attitude towards animals by making people empathetic, tolerant, and pacifist. In our view animals are creators entitled to live of freedom with whom we can live side-by-side harmoniously without hurting, abusing or exploiting them and without taking their flesh, their liberty, and their soul.
