NeuroResponse is a service which enables people with multiple sclerosis (MS) to get quick and easy 24/7 access to clinicians to aid early detection of urinary tract infections (UTIs), thereby avoiding GP appointments and unnecessary hospital attendances. NeuroResponse reduces the need for people with MS to see health professionals face to face and to obtain medication for issues such as UTIs, while improving the care pathway for the people living with MS.
