Teesta River Beverages Pvt. Ltd was founded by Mr. Neeraj Verma and Mr. Raghvendra Rao and joined subsequently by Mr.Harsh Kumar. Teesta was the outcome of an enthusiastic discussion between Neeraj and Raghvendra ; both of whom believe that tea is the best beverage on the planet but could use better marketing. The business plan for Teesta impressed Raghvendra who was touched that tea matters to people in daily life! The beverages team was keen to partner an experienced manager from the tea background who shared the same vision of Neeraj and Raghvendra. Harsh a veteran in tea and an IIT-ian joined the team shortly after as a Director Supply Chain. Brands have been conceptualized and developed with passion. Teesta Premium CTC, High Range Tips, Swaad and Lounge Tea are terrific brands and one day will be recognized as ‘one of the best global brands’ affirms Neeraj. ‘The idea is to have fun while creating a business’, says Harsh.
