Bogside and Brandywell Health Forum (BBHF) is a non-profit organisation. Our mission is to provide a holistic approach to empower, educate and support local communities and their residents to improve their physical and mental health and well-being, allowing them to realise their true potential. BBHF deliver a plethora programmes including; Resilience programmes in Primary schools, extended schools, bespoke OCN courses, family support in Secondary schools, Children in Need programmes, Older people programmes, Monday club, physical activities. BBHF Social Prescribing projects create links between primary health care and the community improving peoples health and wellbeing outcomes. SPRING Social Prescribing is a partnership with Healthy Living Centre Alliance and Scottish Communities for Health and Wellbeing. The largest co-ordinated project of its kind, a network of 30 community-led health organisations come together to deliver Social Prescribing services across Northern Ireland and Scotland. BBHF mental health services are delivered through Right Time Right Place project funded by Department for Health. We provide critical interventions and therapies in a safe environment.
