Green-mE is a student initiative that focuses on integrating sustainability in the education program on the faculty of 3mE (Mechanical, Maritime and Materials Engineering) at the TU Delft. At this very moment Green-mE focuses on the first year Mechanical Engineering projects. Green-mE has already written a manual which describes different methods to implement sustainability in the design process of mechanical engineering projects and has given a lectures in which the possible methods are taught to the students. As well as a video that provides a short overview of the content of the lectures. In 2019 Green-mE made it yet again into the Top 100 young sustainable pioneers of the Netherlands!
