We are a team of professionals -- doctors, nurses, educators and food scientists -- and we have been there. We have struggled with weight, some of us our whole lives. And we have tried pretty much every diet out there. But we all reached the same conclusion: diets don’t work. Following this program has allowed us to finally end the struggle with food, and to get healthy from the inside out.
