Specialised Hospitality Consulting Services. Hi! I'm Darcey, I have been working in the Hospitality & Events industry for 10 years now. When I was 16-18 I really didn't know what I wanted to do with my career, I was fortunate to have jobs in hospitality at my local pub, at Silverstone Circuit & with an agency which gave me the chance to travel throughout the UK to some of the largest events. I applied and got accepted into university to study International Business & Hospitality Management and decided at the final moment to defer and see if the industry felt right for me with work experience. I haven't looked back and continued to work at Silverstone & with the agency until I got offered a full-time role as Hospitality Catering Supervisor at Silverstone in 2014, 8 months later then got referred to a Catering Manager at Formula E looking for a support. I have now been with Formula E for almost 7 years, I have been fortunate to have opportunities throughout my career to develop and progress and now I am Senior Hospitality Manager & responsible for the delivery of the VIP hospitality experiences & catering provision for an international motorsport championship. I started Eden PRO Consultancy in the beginning of the pandemic in 2020 as a way to channel and focus energy into sharing my experiences with industry professionals, students looking for career advice & to support charity work for young people. I want to share my journey and support young people with theirs to help dive into the world of events and how the hospitality industry can be a great career.
