Vain Dane Athletic is changing the conventional way sportswear is made and focusing on high quality textiles made from sustainable materials and organic dye. We support circular and responsible production, and won't have SALE. To ensure a sustainable circular production that is in line with Vain Dane Athletic’s Global Goal targets and company vision, including the ethical parameters, it is essential that the employees are treated well. Therefore, we have decided to base our production in Europe, as well as sourcing over 95% of our materials from Europe. This way we can enjoy a close collaboration with our partners and their employees, and at the same time keep a close eye on the production. Vain Dane Athletic has the highest B-Corp score in the Nordic countries and we value our stakeholder - not just the shareholders. We are recognised as Best for the World 2022 in 2 categories: Community and Environment. The brand has a zero waste policy and all cut-offs from the production as well as worn our VDA clothes are made into new products. There is a return deposit on our clothes encouraging the customer to return the worn out clothes against collecting the return deposit.
