OUR STORY Community Health and Wellness began 10 years ago out of a one bedroom apartment, and it has grown to be a thriving Healthcare Company that provides specialized services to individuals with impairments, disabilities, and mental health diagnoses. Community Health and Wellness provides private programming--therapies and classes as well as services to clients on three state Medicaid waiver programs: Youth Empowerment Services (YES) Waiver, Home and Community Services (HCS) Waiver, and Community Living Assistance and Support Services (CLASS) Waiver. WHERE WE SERVE. Our company sees clients all across Texas, from down to the Corpus Christi Bay all the way up to Dallas-Fort Worth. We strive to be the best in our field and our number one priority is Client Satisfaction. WHAT WE DO. Community Health and Wellness collaborates licensed/certified counselors and para-professionals to customize services for children, youth, and adults with disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses. Through countless hours of dedicated service, we strive to offer the highest quality therapeutic services to both the individuals and communities we serve. Our therapy services include: Recreation Therapy, Music Therapy, Aquatic Therapy, Art Therapy, Massage Therapy, and Behavior Support Services. Additionally, we offer music classes for all abilities.
