Hilltop House is a nonprofit corporation which owns a 124-unit apartment building in Seattle, Washington. It is an equal opportunity facility that provides housing to low-income individuals 62 years of age and older. Hilltop Provides housing subsidies through the Department of Housing and Urban Development's Section 202 Supportive Housing for the Elderly program and through Seattle Housing Authority. Subsidized rent is income-based, Hilltop also offers a few market-based apartments.
