Based on a clearly defined objective and KPI's, we define what ** critical behaviour ** is required to achieve your goal. - What ** skills and knowledge **need to be acquired to demonstrate that critical behaviour. ---> Learning program - Provide the needed support material for middle managers ---> Coaching and resistance management - Measure and follow through. If need be on an individual level ---> Coaching (WIIFM) For the last 12 months, we have been working in the manufacturing and maintenance sector on enhancing the safety culture with zero loss of working hours for the first time in 2020; I have coached managers in the transport sector, and management consultants towards their personal and business goals and we have given training on the subject of 5S and lean. We develop hybrid training modules to support custom learning and development tracks.
