The Planning team works with Customer Service to receive your order and assess the requirements in the manufacture and processing of your order. They follow through with providing the required documents to get your order on the floor and on the schedule. Our Programmers utilize state-of-the-art software to take parts from the drawing to the finished product. Machine simulation software allows our machinists to see final renderings of the machine in motion as it performs operations. The Quality Assurance Department employs trained technicians to continually monitor the parts during and after manufacture, as well as interpreting and reviewing drawings for outside processes required. Our equipment allows us the flexibility to run engineering, prototype and production jobs, while holding to extremely close tolerances. Our Assembly Department has the capability to install hardware, assemble components and deliver a finished and painted assembly to our customers. Our Trained Staff includes machinists, assemblers, quality inspectors plus an outstanding support staff in administration, customer service and delivery.
