Mission – The West Coast Lacrosse Foundation (WCLF) is the nexus between world class training of athletic skills and fitness, research-based youth character development, and proactive, positive community engagement. We are determined to be a leader in the growth and accessibility of the sport we love- lacrosse- by leveraging technology to ignite positive results for youth on the field, in their learning, and in their communities by using the WCL way. Vision – Positive impact on youth nation-wide by increasing accessibility, promoting play-equity and establishing systems for generational successes and enjoyment in the sport of lacrosse through the WCL way: The revolutionary use of technology to develop master coaches who ignite a love and a drive in their youth athletes to work hard, have fun, and grow as people through deep practice in the sport of lacrosse. We believe the future of lacrosse is now because it is a youth sports experience steeped in tradition that teaches valuable life lessons, develops healthy social and emotional skills and ultimately builds strong communities through healthy, life-long relationships.
