Today Piuma d'Oro srl is the carnival snacks' key supplier for the large - scale retail distribution and the wholesalers, with a market share close to 85% of the italian carnival snack's market. Traditional specialities are rediscovered in a completely new way and able to associate the idea of street food with that of pastry. Currently Piuma d'Oro produces about 50.000 kg/day of products, operating on a total area of 35.000 m² with 10.000 m² covered, employing about 250 workers (among which over 200 are seasonal). Piuma d'Oro is certified BIO and ISO22000.
