LITTLE EARTH RESIDENT ASSOCIATION INC is a Social Service Organization, that provides programming and services to residents of the Little Earth community including members in our surrounding area. LERA promotes empowerment and community driven initiatives within the East Phillips Neighborhood. Through Innovative Community Driven Initiatives; LERA is committed to remaining grounded in the values and needs of its residents while continuously developing its vision to best serve the community. All programs are culturally centered and focused to provide employment, education, youth development, and safety engagement. Little Earth Residents Association main goal is to promote self determination, self awareness, and healing.
