Richard Evans & Associates is a boutique style law firm which was founded in 2006 by Richard Evans, the then Senior Partner in an Umhlanga based law firm. His decision to form his own firm in the Upper Highway area was driven by his strong belief that there was a need for a specialist firm to provide professional expertise in all aspects of property related matters including conveyancing, town planning, environmental, building plan disputes, sectional title issues and neighbour disputes. Since 2006, Richard Evans has been joined in partnership by Jennifer Afton Sharp and Matthew Hill Bremner, themselves specialists in the firm’s property niche. Richard Evans & Associates is now regarded as a leading firm in providing expert and specialist services in the field of property law.
