Originally founded in 1995 (known then as "JJP Properties") to acquire and manage a private portfolio of real estate, we have expanded our portfolio objectives. Poliero Property Group, LLC is deploying capital to improve existing assets, as well as to fund an acquisition program for new assets of various types. Traditionally 80% residential and 20% commercial real estate, we are now expanding and diversifying. We manage investments in real estate, private equity, mortgages, equities, IPOs and other opportunities.
