Our primary goal is to guide organizations in their transformation process. Our proven and tested 5 step methodology provides an innovative approach based on our experience in different industries, as former business leaders and business owners, and in our latest consultancy work with our customers. In its design we have combined different disciplines: UX design, innovation, psychology, strategy and management. What we currently find when visiting organizations is that they are suffering as their results are not happening as expected; After reducing expenses, and even cutting down jobs, their results continue worsening. They are not sure how to proceed, and it seems as if their previous roadmap is not useful anymore. In our terminology this is due to the end of their business paradigm. What we offer through our five step methodology is a guide towards a new business paradigm. After diagnosing what's not working, we guide their staff in launching the first internal projects which will reduce their inefficiencies and improve internal communication. The business leader gets training on how to develop a new self-leadership style, that will later on be crucial when the management team begins their cohesion process.
