Our beer making starts with unique recipes that are fashioned by our recipe creators after months of trying, testing, tasting, and tweaking. It took a while, but we are very pleased with their creations. However, a great recipe is not enough. The journey from a well-thought recipe to an enjoyable beer must include sourcing the best ingredients and following a specifically designed brewing process. Our CEO personally works in close collaboration with the recipe creators, professional buyers, and experienced brewers, coupling long-followed traditions with non-traditional methods, always striving to ensure that we deliver enjoyable beer-drinking experiences to our customers. He's ended up with a few more gray hairs in the bargain, but then again, he has a cold, richly flavored Wild Ohio Beer waiting for him at home. The process of creating high-quality beer, with unusual flavors, is a skill that takes a long time to learn. So, we have a master brewer who has been brewing for decades (drinking on the job!) and ensuring that every batch is consistent and tastes the same. Every time! And while he does that, our recipe creators continue to work behind the scenes to introduce new recipes.
