Our vision is to supply direct to the construction market quality labour that is highly skilled and can undertake multiple facets of the construction industry. Currently there is a huge labour shortage across all trades in New Zealand however All Construction will only concentrate on the carpentry trades and particular work streams that we specialise in because we believe that just putting a ‘bum on a seat’ is counter-intuitive for the client, the industry and our brand image. The building industry as a whole is fragile at the moment and one of the key fundamental challenges in turning this around is the supply of high quality, cost effective and efficient labour. We aim to build good working relationships with key clients in the industry that will appreciate the quality of labour that can provide a positive outcome for all parties involved. Health and Safety is a key driver of our business and we aim towards a zero harm approach for our workers onsite. Ensuring our staff follow a health and safety conscious work practice is vital to ensuring they not only have a safe work environment and return home every night, but that we also provide a safe service to our clients.
