The Belgian Committee is one of the national branches of the International Committee of the Blue Shield (ICBS), founded in 1999. We protect the cultural heritage threatened by natural disasters and wars. The Belgian Committee, founded in 2000, is a member of the Association of National Committees of the Blue Shield (ANCBS), established in 2008. Le Comité belge est une des sections nationales de l’International Committee of the Blue Shield (ICBS) créé en 1999. Nous protégeons le patrimoine culturel en cas de catastrophe naturelle ou de conflit armé. Le Comité belge, fondé en 2000, est membre de l’Association of National Committees of the Blue Shield (ANCBS), constituée en 2008. Het Belgisch Comité is één van de nationale afdelingen van het in 1999 opgerichte International Committee of the Blue Shield (ICBS). Wij beschermen het culturele erfgoed dat door natuurrampen of oorlog bedreigd wordt. Het Belgisch Comité, gesticht in 2000, is lid van het in 2008 opgerichte Association of National Committees of the Blue Shield (ANCBS).
