I offer psychological therapy, coaching, mentoring, training and clinical supervision to enable people of all backgrounds to achieve their full potential. I also offer support to organisations in the form of developing bids for service development in healthcare; provision of executive coaching; strategy planning; organisational change programmes; and reflective practice groups for high performing teams. I have worked as a freelance psychologist since 2007 and established Kalsy Consulting in 2015 where I now work full time.
