Elettra has organized the internal processes following the structure and philosophy of the UNI EN ISO 9001, reaching the certification since 2006. Working together with the BG-Berufsgenossenschaft, the Fastwash system got also the product certification GS-Mark . Sales, Technical Office, Manufacturing and After Sale Service are strictly linked together in a continuous workflow with a common focus : the Customer’s satisfaction. Flexibility and networking are the basis to build up a real competence but a further improvement comes from the integration of knowledge and competence of selected partners. Also thanks to them Elettra can achieve more results in the R&D application. Since the very beginning Elettra has been looking for new possibilities to reduce the waste and optimize the accessories for the printing process handling. Its leading competence is always looking to new applications and processes.
