Employer Brand Insights is housed in The Netherlands and founded by Bjorn Veenstra and Job Mensink. Two experienced Employer Branding professionals with over 35 years of shared international experience in brand management, market research and talent management. Employer Brand Insights produces easy to use, value adding tools for the use and benefit of corporate professionals and consultants in Employer Branding. Its first initiative is the Employer Brand Scan®, a tool that helps identify the building blocks for a solid Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and Employer Branding strategy. More recently, Doorsight® has been added to the portfolio. This innovative tool allows employers to easily keep track of the inflow, internal flow and outflow of employees. Every year, Employer Brand Insights performs the 'Top 100 Employer Brand Research' project in order to discover and share insights on the best practices of Employer Brand Managers. This survey is currently performed in The Netherlands, Belgium and Sweden.
