Structural Engineering Associates, Inc. (SEA) is a San Antonio, Texas based engineering firm that specializes in the structural design of bridges, buildings and a variety of miscellaneous structures. SEA was established in 1976 and has continuously grown, with a current staff of 41 which includes 19 registered engineers, CADD technicians and administrative support.
