We are a flexible service available Australia-wide, ready to work with our clients in person as well as via phone, email and Skype for those in remote locations. For start-ups, sole traders and small businesses owners, we can help with getting your ABN and Business name registered, a to developing your business and marketing plans, branding your unique proposition, HR and staff support, tender applications. For established organisations (including non-profit organisations) we offer Human Resources support including staff training, recruitment and retention, as well as change management, strategic planning, organisational reviews and grant writing. For job seekers, we offer employment-related support including workshops, one-to-one coaching, resume writing, targeting key selection criteria, cover letter writing skills and job interview techniques – all conducted with the focus of creating confidence and enhancing a positive attitude. Our employment team supports job seekers through every stage of the process; from initially identifying their unique skills and strengths, through to finding the ideal job.
