Development of citizen-oriented initiatives on three axes: evidence-based policies, new technologies and incentives for behaviour change. Main achievements include the creation of an impact evaluation tool to measure the city’s cleanliness and the enrolment of over 8,000 citizens in incentives programmes developed jointly with the City’s Urban Hygiene and Communication Undersecretaries.
