On the inside, you will find organic butter, local free-range eggs, Fairtrade chocolate, Fairtrade sugars and English fruit jams. On the outside, you will see premium sugarpaste, with sharp modern edges, beautifully crafted decorations and minimal non-edible additions e.g. wires.
