Toogoom Beach Realty was born on 12th September 2012! Needing some TLC the business was bought by Neville Parton and Margarita Drewsen. “We thought it was just going to be a “three man band” , however the business has gone from strength to strength utilising the business acumen of Neville, who has also been a Developer and Entrepreneur for many years and the Drive, Energy and Experience of Margarita who began her real estate career right here in Toogoom. Adding to this successful marriage is Lana Drewsen who is the business’ right hand and hopefully heir one day along with sister Emily & Husband Joe who has now joined the business. We consider our Family Business like “A Family”. “Our Staff are really important to us! Cat, our "Off Site" Senior Property Manager has been with us from the beginning, followed by Shane Coleman, Steve Allen and Nathan Smith who are in Sales, Nikki Reid who is our Holiday and Property Assistant, and Koley Semgreen, who is our "On-site Senior Property Manager”. With two offices now 8 staff we have Toogoom covered!
