The U.S. Naval Sea Cadets of Rhode Island (USNSCRI) provides unique opportunities for young people between the ages of 11 through 17, who have or desire ambition, self-discipline, and a strong academic background. Our core structure is built around America's four sea services and our nation's long maritime traditions. Sea Cadet training provides Rhode Island youth with a solid foundation for building academic and social skills, teamwork, and critical thinking.
