At Hines Management Group, we strive to maximize your potential. Rhonda P. Hines was the first woman of color to occupy the Director of Contracting at the Georgia Department of Defense. She also co-authored a self-help book, Empower Her (Women's Motivation Book), with the former Georgia Black Caucus President. In March 2021, in New York City, Rhonda spoke at the United Nations Women's Symposium virtual conference on women's empowerment. Rhonda is well-known for her direct approach to both work and personal interactions.
