The mission of Creating Opportunities for Youth, LLC is to assist communities and their members to ensure the personal, physical, social, emotional and economic health of its greatest asset - its youth. OBJECTIVE Our objective at COFY is to ensure that all children, youth, and families have access to high quality programs, activities, and opportunities. We: a)Provide organizational assessments and capacity building strategies to strength current programs. b)Facilitate new programs through program design and implementation. c)Support resource development including grant writing. d)Develop and implement innovative staff development strategies. e)Apply Quality Advising and Coaching techniques. f)Guide leadership teams through strategic planning
