IfDS is an independent institute based in Munich (Germany). Our goal is to help making international development interventions more effective and efficient. With the aim to improve their performance we evaluate and review complex programs and develop tools and methods to do that more efficient. Core to our work is to provide strategic advice to those responsible for initial design and implementation of multi stakeholder initiatives.
