We sell off the plan real estate property to the investment community; including but not limited to house and land packages, apartments, development sites and duplexes/dual occupancies. We have also started offering National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) investment packages that provides housing for people in need with disabilities. We have also started to market properties for the retirement community as well. We work in with local developers and builders to tailor a product for our investment clientele, providing the best returns possible. We ensure that we offer a "above and beyond" approach to our customers, often transitioning into a tailored approach to our investors needs. We are currently exploring the concept of expanding our market into offering consultancy services and a real-estate platform for other realtors.
