The multi-stakeholder platforms we design intend that all the different players among an industry issue come together, understand the dynamics of the system, find common goals, and test new approaches – the objective is to find non-zero-sum outcomes for all participants. Tapestry is applying this governance and leadership approach in healthcare, financial services, and corporate governance.
