As a common institution of the federal German states Schleswig-Holstein and Hamburg the Hanse-Office successfully represents the interests of both states towards the European Union and the European institutions since 1987. One of our tasks to inform at an early stage about European policies, legislation and funding programmes. At the same time, we present the diversity of Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein with events, meetings and cultural presentations in Brussels.
