We offer primary mental health care and use effective methods like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance & Committment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CTG), Emotionally Focussed (Couple) Therapy (EFT) and solution-focused therapy.
