aFewSteps.org is a community-based volunteer nonprofit dedicated to reducing our carbon footprint and promoting sustainable living, primarily serving our home communities of Nether Providence, Rose Valley, Rutledge, and Swarthmore, PA, and the Wallingford-Swarthmore School District. Founded in 2010, aFewSteps.org works with residents, business, local government, and schools to develop and implement programs aimed at reducing our overall carbon footprint by 20% by 2020, relative to our starting baseline in 2005. Our focus is on simple steps that everyone can take to become part of the solution, rather than part of the problem.
