We run fitness retreats in Ibiza and Mallorca. We run our iconic "all-in" Life Transformation Programme in Ibiza and our Essentials Programme in Mallorca, with "all-in" mornings and opt out afternoons. No two days are the same and we have the best trainers, dance, yoga, meditation teachers, hiking guides, house managers and chefs, to name but a few of the talented people who will be involved in inspiring and looking after you during your stay. Fun is a big part of our ethos. We take what we do seriously but we make sure that you will laugh more than you have in a long time when you come to a Body Camp retreat. Guests come to us with different goals, from weight loss to muscle building, or just to have a fun fitness holiday.
