PlanetDairy is creating a new paradigm for Dairy. Starting with cheese. Founded in 2022 in Denmark by three former dairy executives, the company is developing and marketing climate friendly dairy products. The company is footed in the love of dairy, but is not bound by tradition. Using novel technologies like precision fermentation and biomass fermentation we find new ways to marry the best part of plants with the craftsmanship of the lovely cheeses that we know. The result is radically more sustainable products without compromises on taste, nutrition and functionality.
