Have you ever thought why in competitive sports, every athlete and team has a coach, a guide, while in your work life you don’t have one? In late 2018 while I was returning from The Wharton School, where I did my Global Fellow in Talent Management, I found my purpose. I had to help as many people as possible in this messy, uncertain and volatile world… and there I decided to formalize my coaching program.
