The Center for Commerce and Diplomacy (CCD) is based at UC San Diego's School of Global Policy and Strategy (GPS) and is designed to bring together the worlds of academic inquiry for the advancement of worldwide peace and prosperity. Our mission is to produce high-quality research that informs government and business leaders about the challenges and institutions of international commercial diplomacy in a changing world. CDD works to foster academic exchange and comparative research from across UC San Diego as well as leading institutions around the globe. A number of multiyear research projects are underway, providing original, timely and policy-relevant scholarship on commercial diplomacy.
