Green Cross is a Non-Governmental Organization founded by Nobel Peace Prize laureate Mikhail Gorbachev in 1993. Over more than 25 years we have the experience, operations or presence on the six continents: Africa, America, Antarctica, Asia, Europe and Oceania. Green Cross is focused on promoting sustainable environmental, human and social development through the planning and implementation of initiatives and programmes, cultivating a sense of global interdependence and shared responsibility towards humanity and the planet.
