The Center for Disability Empowerment provides supports and resources to individuals with any disability for them to be participants and contributors in their communities as they live, learn, worship, work and play alongside people who do not have disabilities. The Center is a community-based, non-residential center driven by the choice and direction of people with disabilities. CDE serves individuals with any disability of any age who are residents of Franklin, Delaware, Licking and Union Counties in Ohio. Our primary services include Information and Referral, Independent Living Skills development, Peer Support, Advocacy and Nursing Home/Facility Transition. There is no charge for these services.
