We perform Win / Loss Analysis & Churn Analysis for our clients. We conduct in-depth customer interviews, we analyze and synthesize the data, and all the results are made available in our software platform. We're a team of about 12 people people based in Brooklyn, New York. We're united by the common belief that data differentiation, particularly in the form of high value qualitative data, is the key to both reducing churn and to increasing win rates.
