Howard James Career and Recruitment Services commenced operation in mid February 2009 with an aim to establish its place as a quality supplier of specialised, Engineering, Technical, Industrial and Professional staff, initially for the Newcastle and Hunter Region, and now supplying staff nationally and internationally. Our aim is to know who you are as a client business and who you are as a candidate. From that understanding, we link the two parties ensuring a strong cultural and skill fit for the employer and the career development needs of the candidate, are met. Our aim is an ideal outcome for both. Since then, with our alliance with the Careers Multi List Group, we have established a broader base of service delivery including office support, accounting and the more traditional industrial Labour hire services, to nationally recognised clientele, in addition to our own local clientele.
